The look of the characters and the settings that will appear in Timothy vs the Aliens is highly important for us and we are taking the gratest take in the creation of textures and shaders to achieve amazing results. Although the design of the characters is kind of cartoon, their appearance will be quite realistic, as well as the appearance of the whole environment.

To create shaders with the quality we are looking for, we are using Substance Painter, the tool used for AAA games such as Uncharted 4, Horizon Zero Dawn… and that also allows us to direct and easily import our shaders to Unreal Engine 4.
